SPINACH CASSEROLE 
3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
1/8 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. coarsely gr. walnuts, opt.
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Drain and squeeze dry spinach. Melt butter and cream cheese and pour into spinach. Season. Place sliced artichoke hearts in shallow casserole and cover with spinach mixture. Top with bread crumbs walnuts and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
