MAZZETTI 
1 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1 to 2 lg. onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine (or garlic salt)
8 oz. fine egg noodles
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed tomato soup
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms and liquid
1 to 2 tsp. salt (depending on meat used)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese or longhorn
1 c. olives
1 tbsp. chili powder

Brown meat and onion and garlic, drain. Cook and drain noodles, add to above mixtures. Mix in all the rest, except cheese. Spread in 3 quart casserole. Top with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or if prefer at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
