CHICKEN CHOW MEIN 
2 c. diced cooked chicken or turkey
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (9 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. chopped onion
2 1/2 c. chow mein (3 oz. can) noodles
I add 14 oz. can Chinese vegetables

Combine all ingredients except noodles. Gently fold in 1 cup noodles. Put in greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle with rest of noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serves 4-5.
