CHINESE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cubed
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. each salt, garlic powder & dash of pepper
1/4 c. green onion slices
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 lb. bean sprouts
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sliced toasted almonds, chopped
1/2 can chow mein noodles

Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice and soy sauce. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Combine all ingredients except noodles and almonds. Mix lightly but thoroughly and turn into a 1 1/2 quart greased casserole. Sprinkle with almonds and noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

Serves 6 to 8.
