APPLE CRISP 
10 lb. apples, sliced
8 oz. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix sugar and cinnamon. Arrange apples in greased pan. Add lemon juice. Sprinkle sugar mixture over apples.

1 lb. 4 oz. butter, softened
2 lbs. flour
1 lb. 8 oz. sugar

Combine remaining ingredients and mix until crumbly. Spread evenly over apples. Bake.

Serve with whipped cream, ice cream or cheese.

Cherry Crisp: Substitute frozen pie cherries for apples.

Peach Crisp: Substitute sliced peaches for apples.

Cheese Apple Crisp: Add 8 ounces grated cheese to topping mixture.
