JIFFY CORN STICKS 
2 eggs
1 c. Bisquick
2 c. white or yellow cornmeal
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. vegetable oil

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Grease corn stick pans. Heat in oven. Beat eggs with hand beater or whisk until fluffy. Beat in remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour or spoon batter. Bake 15 or 20 minutes. Makes 12 sticks.
