JIFFY CORN 
Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk or more
1 c. sour cream
Salt & pepper
1 can cream style corn
1 reg. corn, whole kernel

Mix all ingredients in a 13 x 9 inch cake pan, greased and add butter to the top. Cook for 30 minutes on 350 degrees.
