BELLA'S CORN DISH | |
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans sweet corn (cream style) 1 (8 oz.) tub dairy sour cream 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix (blue/white box) 6 tbsp. butter, cut into pats non-stick cooking spray (Pam) Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a standard baking dish (ex: Pyrex for baking 9x13-inch) with non-stick cooking spray (Pam). Set aside. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together by hand. Do not liquefy the mix, just be sure that the corn muffin mix is smooth and everything is mixed together. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Place six pats of butter evenly across the top of the mix or baking dish (used to give a golden color to the corn dish). Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes or so (depends on your oven). Start checking dish after 40 minutes and look for a golden color and browning on the edges. Enjoy! Submitted by: Bella Canales |
