ANN'S RHUBARB CUSTARD CAKE 
3 c. raw rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 yellow cake mix
1 1/2 pt. unwhipped whipping cream

Cut rhubarb in 1/4 inch pieces and mix with sugar. Set aside. Mix yellow cake mix according to directions and pour into 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle rhubarb mixture over cake, then unwhipped whipping cream. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Cool at least 10 minutes before serving.
