60 MINUTE HOT ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. Crisco
1/3 c. warm water
1 c. buttermilk
3 c. self-rising flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add buttermilk, sugar, Crisco. Mix and add dry ingredients. Roll out and cut as biscuits. Dip in melted butter. Let rise 60 minutes. Bake at 425 degrees until brown.
