HOT CLAM ROLLS 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) minced clams, drained
1 (8 oz.) creamed cheese, softened
1 (1 lb.) loaf thinly sliced sandwich bread, trimmed
1/4 lb. butter, melted
Grated Parmesan cheese

Roll out and trim bread slices with rolling pin. Mix clams with cream cheese. Spread thinly on bread slices. Roll like tiny jelly rolls, then cut each into four pieces.

Dip pieces into melted butter, roll in Parmesan cheese to coat, and place seam side down on baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees, or until browned lightly. Makes 20 servings.
