BEEF ROLLS 
8 sandwich steaks
8 green onions, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can green peas
2 fresh carrots
1 sm. jar green olives (optional)
Salt, pepper, garlic to taste (cooking oil and flour)

Add seasoning to taste to steak; put green onions in the center and roll the meat, using a toothpick to hold it together. Sprinkle with flour and fry lightly. Add pepper and carrots, olives and peas with the juice, the tomato sauce, spices, and 2 1/2 cups of water. Cover and allow to simmer on a low flame until meat is cooked.

Note: You can use fresh frozen peas and carrots. Serves 8.
