2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Break eggs into bowl. Add milk, flour and salt. Mix with spoon, disregard the lumps. Fill greased muffin tin 3/4 full. Put into cold oven set at 450 degrees. Turn oven on and bake for 30 minutes. Makes 6 popovers.
