OVEN CREAM POTATOES 
1 potato per person
Whipping cream (1/2 pt. for 4 lg. potatoes)

Boil potatoes in jackets. Cool, peel and grate into serving dish. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add cream. You should be able to see cream within 1/2 the top of potatoes. With two forks, toss potatoes until all are coated with cream. Refrigerate overnight. Heat at 350 degrees until hot.
