PIZZA SPAGHETTI PIE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2/3 c. evaporated milk
4 oz. spaghetti
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/4 c. pizza sauce (spaghetti sauce)
1 tsp. oregano
Mushrooms (opt.)
Green pepper rings (opt.)
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and evaporated milk. Press firmly into bottom and sides of 9" pie pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Spoon off drippings. Combine spaghetti (cooked), egg, Parmesan cheese and butter. Spread onto meat shell. Top with sauce, oregano, green pepper rings, mushrooms and Mozzarella cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
