PIZZA SPAGHETTI PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2/3 c. evaporated milk

Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 F.

SPAGHETTI LAYER:

4 oz. spaghetti, cooked, drained
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Bake 10 minutes until cheese is melted.

TOPPING:

1 can pizza sauce (8 oz.)
1/2 tsp. oregano
Green pepper
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
(Optional: Olives, mushrooms, pepperoni, sausage)

Mix together meat layer and press on bottom of 9x11 baking dish and bake 35-40 minutes. Add spaghetti layer and topping. Bake 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
