CHOCOLATE CHIP `N OATMEAL COOKIES | |
1 pkg. (18.25 or 18.5 oz.) yellow cake mix 1 c. quick cooking rolled oats 3/4 c. butter 2 eggs 1 c. Hershey semi-sweet chocolate chips Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixer bowl combine cake mix, oats, butter and eggs; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until very lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Have melted butter in microwave and combine ingredients and chocolate chips (some chips melt giving cookies more chocolate taste). |
