BUFFET CHEESE LOAF 
4 c. med. sharp cheese
1/2 c. thick cream
1 c. mayonnaise
Red pepper to taste
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
Strawberry preserves

Grate and cream the cheese. Add cream, mayonnaise, pepper and mix well. Add chopped pecans. Mold with hands into any shape desired and refrigerate. When ready to serve, pour strawberry preserves over the cheese loaf.
