12 slices bacon, about 1/2 lb., crisply fried and crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease pie plate (10 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches). Sprinkle bacon, cheese, onion in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pan and bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serves 6.
