12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. shredded natural Swiss or Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion in pie plate.

Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper in a medium-size bowl with electric mixer until smooth (about a minute). Pour into pie plate.
