OVERNIGHT EGG SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
6 beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 bread slices, crumbled
1 lb. sauteed sausage
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 c. green onion finely chopped

Combine all ingredients. Sprinkle cheese on top. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
