DOUBLE GOOD MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) elbow macaroni
1 container (1 lb.) cream style cottage cheese
3/4 c. dairy sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. (8 oz.) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook macaroni, following label directions; drain.

Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt, and cheddar cheese in a large bowl; mix lightly until blended; fold in macaroni. Spoon into a baking dish, 9 x 9 x 2.

Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 45 minutes or until bubbly.
