SAUERKRAUT HOTDISH 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. sauerkraut
2 c. wide egg noodles (uncooked)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Brown hamburger and onion; drain off fat. Layer 1/2 hamburger in 7 x 11-inch pan. Cover with sauerkraut; top with rest of meat. Cover with uncooked noodles and spread soups over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cover with Cheddar cheese and bake 30 minutes more. Put Mozzarella cheese on about 3 to 5 minutes before it's done.
