TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
Mix in large bowl:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda

Bring to a boil:

1 c. butter
1 c. water
1/4 c. cocoa

Add butter, water and cocoa all at once to flour mixture while still hot. Cream well. Bake at 350 degrees in greased and floured large and deep cookie sheet for 20 minutes. Don't cool the cake.

ICING:

1 box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts

Bring to boil:

1/2 c. butter
6 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. cocoa

Add at once to powdered sugar and beat. Add nuts. It's very important to ice the cake when it's still hot with hot icing.
