TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
1 c. water
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

In a large saucepan, boil water, butter and cocoa. Remove from heat. Add flour, soda, sugar, eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Beat well. Pour into a greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. milk
1 box 10x powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts
4 tbsp. cocoa

Melt butter in a large saucepan with milk and cocoa. Bring almost to a boil. Remove from heat and beat in powdered sugar, vanilla, coconut and nuts. Frost cake while warm.
