TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. water
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Mix flour and sugar and set aside. Bring to a boil water, cocoa and butter. Add soda, sour milk, vanilla and eggs to flour mixture. Add water, cocoa and butter to above.

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into greased jelly roll pan (11 x 17). Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

TEXAS SHEETCAKE FROSTING:

1 stick butter
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar

FROST WHILE HOT. Mix all ingredients together and spread over hot cake.
