CRUNCHY FUDGE SANDWICHES 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
4 c. Rice Krispies
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tbsp. water

Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Add Rice Krispies and press half of mixture into a buttered 8 x 8 x 2 pan. Chill.

Melt chocolate chips, sugar, butter, and water, stirring constantly until smooth. Spread over chilled mixture and then spread remaining cereal over top. Press in gently. Chill at least 1 hour. Makes 24 squares.
