CRUNCHY FUDGE SANDWICHES
(COOKIES)
 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
4 c. Rice Krispies
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. water

Combine butterscotch and peanut butter. Heat until melted and smooth. Add Rice Krispies; stir until well coated. Press 1/2-inch greased 9 x 12 pan. Chill.

Combine chocolate chips, confectioners sugar, butter and water. Heat until melted and smooth. Spread over cereal mixture. Spread remaining cereal mixture on top. Press gently. Chill until firm (about 1 hour) then cut into bars.
