FUDGE CREAM CHEESE SANDWICH BARS 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can (5.33 oz.) evaporated milk
1 c. walnuts, chopped
2 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. sugar

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a saucepan, combine cream cheese, chocolate chips and evaporated milk. Cook over low heat until smooth, stirring constantly. Stir in walnuts. Set aside.

In food processor fitted with steel blade, combine flour and sugar, process until blended. With motor running, pour melted butter and vanilla through feed tube. With on-off motion process until crumbled. Remove 1 1/4 cups mixture for topping.

Press remaining mixture evenly in bottom of an ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Spread chocolate mixture evenly over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbly mixture, pressing in gently. Bake 30 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool in pan. Cut cooked cookies into bars. Store in refrigerator.
