SAUSAGE MEATBALLS | |
MEATBALLS: 2 lb. ground sausage 1 c. bread crumbs 2 eggs SAUCE: 1 1/2 c. ketchup 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. red wine vinegar Combine the sausage, bread crumbs and eggs. Form into meatballs. Brown the meatballs well and drain. Combine ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar and red wine vinegar, in a saucepan. Heat and stir until sauce is smooth. Add the meatballs to the sauce and simmer 30 minutes. This can be frozen and reheated in a moderate oven 30 minutes. |
