HOT SAUSAGE MEATBALLS 
Makes a great appetizer!

2 lb. bulk hot sausage (I use Bob Evans)
2 lb. ground beef
1 1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs (4C)
2 tsp. minced onion
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. sage

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Form into meatballs and fry in a skillet with oil.

SAUCE:

2 cups ketchup (Hunts)
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix all sauce ingredients together. Put meatballs and sauce in a Crock-Pot on LOW and let them cook all day.
