BACON AND EGG CASSEROLE 
6-8 slices buttered bread
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 lb. bacon, diced and browned
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk

Remove crusts on bread and cut into 4 pieces. Grease 9x13 inch baking dish. Place the 2-inch squares of bread side by side to cover bottom of dish. Layer with cheese, then bacon. Mix egg, milk, and spices and pour over top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for about 1 hour until top is brown.

HINT: Place dish in warm water to remove chill from glass before baking.
