LAMB CHOPS, SIMPLE AND DELICIOUS 
4-6 rib chops, cut 1 1/2 inches thick
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. salt

Place chops in broiler pan. Combine herbs and salt. Rub top of chops with half of mixture. Broil 4-5 inches from heat for 4-6 minutes. Turn and rub other side of meat with remaining seasoning mixture. Broil another 4-6 minutes or until desired doneness. Serve with rice pilaf. Garnish with fresh mint and lemon slices.
