VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
16 oz. California Blend frozen vegetables, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded swiss cheese (4 oz.), (reserve 1/4 c.)
1/2 sm. can french fried onions

Mix vegetables, soup, sour cream and 3/4 cup cheese. Put in casserole. Bake covered for 35 to 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Top with the onions. Return to oven, uncovered, for 5 to 10 more minutes.
