1 gal. green tomatoes
1/2 gal. chopped onions
1/2 gal. sweet peppers
1 c. hot peppers (or less)
1 qt. vinegar
5 c. sugar
1/2 c. salt
Pepper to taste

Peel large tomatoes, small ones may be chopped. Mix all ingredients, cook 10 minutes or until tomatoes change color. Put into jars, seal while hot, need not pressure.
