DAIQUIRI PIE 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
6 oz. can frozen limeade, thawed
1/3 c. light rum
Few drops green food coloring
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 graham cracker pie crust

Beat cream cheese until fluffy, add sweetened condensed milk and limeade, beat until smooth. Add rum and food coloring, stir. Whip the cream and fold into mixture. Pour into pie crust and freeze about three hours. Return any unbeaten pie to freezer.
