DAIQUIRI PIE 
9" baked pie shell
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/4 c. lime juice
1/4 c. light rum
4 egg yolks

Cook in double boiler, stirring constantly until thick. Tint a delicate green, cool, spoon into pie shell. Spread meringue on top. Bake 15-20 minutes to brown.
