HOT CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans cream style corn
2 beaten eggs
3 fresh jalapeno peppers, minced
1 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. cooking oil

Pour cooking oil in baking dish. Pour mixed ingredients in dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
