FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

1 pkg. frozen sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

FRUIT TOPPING:

1 can pineapple tidbits
1 can mandarin oranges
2 bananas, sliced
1/2 c. sliced maraschino cherries
1-2 kiwi fruit, sliced

Press cookie dough into a pizza or jelly roll pan to make crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Cool the crust.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; spread on the cooled cookie crust. Sprinkle with fruit topping. If using bananas, slice and add to fruit pizza right before serving. Note: This can be sliced into bite-sized pieces and served for a large group.
