RITA'S SALMON LOAF 
2 1/2 c. or 1 lb. can salmon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
Dash pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion or chives
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. tomato juice
3 eggs, separated and beaten separately

Mix all ingredients; add egg yolks, then fold in egg whites. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or more.
