PUNCH BOWL CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can cherry pie filling
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
2 or 3 bananas (opt.)
Large punch bowl

Bake cake mix according to directions on package and cool. Crumble in small pieces. Prepare pudding according to directions on box.

Layer ingredients in bottom of punch bowl in order listed (EXCEPT) add the bananas before the pineapple. Using half of each ingredients.

Repeat, using remaining half. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves 18 to 20. It's great for parties.
