QUICK AND ZESTY VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cans whole stewed tomatoes
2 cans beef broth
1 can mixed vegetables
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. of uncooked noodles

Brown meat with onion until onion is tender. Drain. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until noodles are tender. Season to taste.
