COLD CHICKEN PLATTER 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. plain yogurt
1 c. sour cream
Curry to taste
8-10 boneless chicken breasts
1 can apricot halves
Loose leaf lettuce

Boil chicken breasts until done. Drain and let cool. Mix mayonnaise, yogurt and sour cream. Add curry to taste. Arrange breasts on platter. Pour mixture on top. Arrange apricot halves on top and lettuce around the edge. Serve cold. Serves 6-8.
