PEPPER RELISH 
1 dozen green peppers
1 dozen sweet red peppers
7 med. onions
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. mustard seed
3 c. vinegar
3 c. sugar

Wash and cut peppers and onions, grind together and reserve liquid. Combine liquid with all other ingredients and boil for 30 minutes. Put in sterilized jars and seal.

Yields 12 pints or more.
