PEPPER RELISH 
1 dozen sweet green peppers
1 dozen sweet red peppers
9 hot red peppers
1 dozen medium onions
1 lg. sugar
1 qt. vinegar
2 tbsp. turmeric
1 tbsp. mixed pickling spices
3 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. celery seed

Grind the peppers, onions and drain. Combine rest of ingredients in a large kettle and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
