2/3 c. shortening
2/3 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. honey
5 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon

Mix together in large bowl. Chill. Roll out dough and cut with cookie cutter. Bake at 375 degrees for about 5 minutes.
