MELBA'S DELIGHT | |
1 3/4 c. flour 1 3/4 stick butter, melted 1 c. chopped nuts 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 3 c. milk 1 1/4 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip 1 (3 oz.) vanilla instant pudding 1 (3 oz.) pistachio or any other 2 flavors of pudding Combine and mix well, flour, butter and chopped nuts. Pat into 9x12 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes and cool. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, dessert topping. Mix pistachio pudding with 1 1/2 cups milk and do same with vanilla pudding. When puddings have set, stir and spread on top of cheese layer, chill. Garnish with additional whipped topping. |
