MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
Salt & pepper
1 pkg. Doritos
1 can chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. can Pet milk
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated

Brown meat, onion and seasonings. Drain. In saucepan, heat soup, tomatoes, cream cheese and milk; don't boil, just heat to melt the cream cheese. In a 9"x13" pan, put crushed Doritos on the bottom. Spread meat mixture on chips. Pour sauce mixture over meat. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve while hot.
