MEXICAN LASAGNA 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. corn tortillas (soft) torn into small pieces
1 lb. Colby cheese, grated

Brown hamburger, onion and garlic in skillet. Drain. Add enchilada sauce, mushroom soup and chicken soup. Pour 1/3 of sauce in baking dish. Top with 1/3 of corn tortillas, then 1/3 of grated cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
