BARBECUE SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. sausage
1/3 c. ketchup
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. sage (optional)
1/2 tsp. soy or Worcestershire sauce

Mix sausage, egg, bread crumbs and sage. Shape into 2 dozen 1 1/2 inch balls. Brown in ungreased skillet for 15 minutes (pour excess fat off). Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat and cover. Simmer for 30 minutes.
